Aug 2, 2013 8:37 AM in response to meblizeby King_Penguin,Buying more storage in the cloud only gives you more space for backing up your content e.g. your documents, photos etc - it won't give you extra storage on your iPhone for installing apps or taking more photos.
You can see how much space that you currently have on your phone, and what each app is taking up, via Settings > General > Usage. You can copy photos from your phone to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083
If you want to put your music in the cloud, especially the music that you've copied from CDs or bought from other sources, then you will need to subscribe to iTunes Match (which isn't available in all countries) from your computer's iTunes and upload your music from there (you can't do it on an iPhone).
