Q: My mother and sisters music is being transferred onto my phone?

I have an iPhone 5 and my mom and sister have their iTunes on their computers and WHATEVER they buy gets put onto my iPhone and its so annoying! I go into iCloud on my phone and I signed out of it so why is this still happening? I don't want my mom or sisters music it's really irritating and it's using up space on my phone. Please help thanks
