Did you look at the link I looked up and provided for you?
Required Software
To delete photos from the Photo Stream (or My Photo Stream) view on all of your devices, you must update each device with the following software:
- iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.1 or later
- Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later, and iPhoto 9.2.2, or Aperture 3.2.3 or later
- PC with Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista (Service Pack 2) and iCloud Control Panel for Windows 2.0 or later (iCloud Control Panel 2.1 required with Windows 8.)
- Apple TV (2nd generation or later) with Software Update 5.0 or later
Note: You will need to manually delete photos you downloaded to iOS devices using iOS 5.0.1 or earlier after updating to iOS 5.1.
SInce you did not bother to give us the informatono I provided you with the answer but you had to actually read the provided information it to know

I read the information you sent, thank you.
When I access the mac support to download any upgrade I get an error saying there is no download available.

Yes you are missing the section on required software
The required software is
Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.5 or later, and iPhoto 9.2.2, or Aperture 3.2.3 or later
You have 9.2.1 - therefore you do not have the required software - hence you can not use th efeature to delet from PhotoStream
Not sure what part of that you are having trouble with
9.2.1 does not support the feature to delete photos from PhotoStream
Run Software update and see what it gives you

Aug 2, 2013 2:46 PM in response to jsdrmby Old Toad,Download the iPhoto 9.2.3 updater from this link and apply it. If you want to upgrade to the highest verson for Mt. Lion you could also try this updater: iPhoto 9.3.2
