Need help with safari

Ok,

Long story short, i thought i had a hacker on my mac so i set up a fake site and emailed it to myself. I put a statcounter on the site to see if anyone hacking my email would click on it then i would have their IP, but an odd thing happened, my mac using my IP visited the website, at around 10 o'clock on a few different nights then at noon and 7pm today. I have little snitch and checked and saw "safari via webprocess" accessed blogger.com (where the website is hosted) at the same time the statcounter picked it up.

My question is what is safari via webprocess?

Would it visit websites secretly?

Does safari via webprocess sound like an explanation to the above?

Another other advice???
