Q: I tried double tapping home button and scrolling right but didn't work. I am trying to correct my message page that is turned sideways and won't respond to shake or turning phone around. What else can I do?

Did you hit the icon I told you to click on that was next to the music button?

Restart iPhone: Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for phone to restart (no data will be lost).
