Survey with google form

I need join a goole form at an ibook Author.

I make ma google survey, copy the embeded link

I create a new widget in iAD Producer, and paste the embeded link in HTML box.

If I test in preview, I can choose an answer of the survey, and make a vertical scroll

But, when I plce this widget in iBook Author, I can choose an answer, but I can't make a scroll. Like this, the student will not use this survey

I talk about that at Ron Henderson during the ADE basecamp, but, nobody find a solution
