If my iPod touch has dead pixels, ¿Would apple change it to me for a new one?

Hello.

I have an iPod touch 5g of 64gb. I called Apple and they confirmed me that theres still 90 days of waranty. And recently I found that my iPod has 10 or maybe more dead pixels, if I take it to an iShop, would they change it to me for a new one? And how many time does it would take? I live in Mexico.
