Avoiding version update notices

I am not interested in updating my iPhone to Version 7 when it arrives. Is there some way I can avoid the notices that there is a new version available? I find it annoying to have the notice forever showing on the phone. I am interested in an updates to Version 6, however, and am using, very satisfactorly, Version 6.1.3.
