I'm not muscially talented, so I used some of the Apple Loops in Logic Pro X to mash together a song that sounds "okay" for a Flash game I'm making. I am curious to know if I'm allowed to use the song in a free game that's hosted on Kongregate (Flash game portal)? Is it legal to use the loops in a game or will I get in trouble?

Just wanted to add another question. Can I upload the songs to a service like Soundcloud for the games music album so that people who like the mashups can listen to them on SC?
