Ipod touch won't synch. Get unknown error

Ipod touch will not synch. Get unknown error(13019). Can download to Itunes, but can't do anything with ipod. Thought it was problem with computer, so downloaded Itunes to new laptop, but it will not synch on it either. Can't get any help from Apple support, so any suggestions would be appreciated
