i've been having problems syncing my music. i've been tryign every type of solution out there from manual to restarting. i just want to listen to music.
What happens when you try to sync?

my purchased history will not show up and only my recent will. it seems ubvious to where it will be downloaded. (music) when it tries to sync my music, it makes a bing sound then my music disapears.
Are yo saying that your past purchases are not listed here?

Is the device signed into the account that pourchased them?
If you log into your account in iTunes>Store>View Account and go to Puchase history are they listed?
Does your country allow redownloading, not all do?

yes. they are not listed. no it will not let me re download past paurchased items, but will show purchased history if that clears anything up and i've already tried restoring from last back up and restoring it to factory settings.
What does " but will show purchased history " mean?
If you log into your account on a computer do those items show in your purchase history?
The iPod backup that iTunes makes does not included synced media like apps and music. Thus if yo restore from iTunes backup synced media will not be restored if the media is not in the iTunes library.
None of my music is syncing with my ipod nor is my cloud data appearing nor downlaoding. please help.
