2013 Ford Fusion bluetooth problem

So I recently just bought a new Ford Fusion and on the first day of having it I synced by phone easily with no hassels to my phone. Made calls, andswered calles. No problem. I took my car to get detailed and they had it for 2 days and when I had the loner car I tried to sync it to that one but didn't worked, so I just assumed I was doing it wrong because the car was a different model then mine. When I got my Fusion back it would connect to my phone. I have tried deleteing my phone from the car and unrecognizeing the pair on my phone and resyned. Didn't work. It said my phone paired, but was unable to connect. My friend who works at apple suggested I do that and reset my phone. Still didn't wok after the reset. She said I should go into setting then general then to reset to reset my network settings then try again... still didn't work.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix my phone?

Ps, I tried syncing my friends phone and it paired and connected right away, so it's not my cars system. Definitely my phone.
