how to fix the menu bar if using the full screen mod?

What are you referring with "fix the menu bar"? Note that in full-screen apps, the menu bar is hidden by default. To show it, move the cursor to the top of the screen. There's no workaround for this as it's a feature

i need a solution for that bad mac feature

no declaration -?- why
the 90 day support could not help - did not know or was too complicated -?- why - then ...
only - you can't do that -?- why
on my old window-pc there is an windows-program(app) for that
do i need to be sad that i did bought an mac, ( i love my iPhone / iPad )
i think the mac needs more iOS on the mac.

What makes it bad? If the menu bar was visible then it wouldn't be full screen would it?
If you want the menu bar to be visible just resize the application's window to fully fill the screen. Then you have the menu bar as you want it.

Apple says it's so easy
throughout the app must be full screen hiding nothing of it.
if an part of the app is hidden is not full screen, to me.
