Q: my icloud backup never completes

Whenever I try to backup my iphone 5 or my ipad 2 it never completes even though I have wifi and leave the phone and ipad alone to back up.. I also purchase additional storage and have plenty of room to back up.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4, my ipad 2 doesn't complete either

    Multiple people have same problem and usually (especially when two devices are affected) it is a network that is not consistent or fast enough. Try another network. Go to any place that has free wifi, and try to backup your ipad first. Watch what messages you get. If message makes sense or doesn't - come back here, share.
