What country are you in ? I can find it here in the UK store, though it requires iOS 4.3+ : My Vodafone

What version of iOS do you have on your phone ? If you can't find the app in your country's store then Vodafone may have removed it

went back into my app store and reloaded it, deleted it cos info wasnt right on it

You've now been able to re-download the app from the store ?

You can see the current version of iOS that you have on your phone via Settings > General > About > Version.
