Q: I was charged $24.99 for, "iTunes, Match", which I did NOT order.  How do I make arrangements for a refund?

Hi,

I need directions to recieve a refund for the, iTunes "Match", which I did not authorize to be added to my purchases. I called soon after the purchases, (my first), and requested these directions, and they were not at all forthcoming. 

Can anyone give me advice as to how to get my money back?  I am very new at this "store", as well as this iPad, thing, and am very wary about getting "ripped off", which it seems that I may have been.
