I can't update my iMovie

I only have one Apple account, but everytime I try to update iMovie and iPhoto on the Apple Store, I receive this error message.

"You have updates available for other accounts

To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it."


Does anybody know what the issue could be?

Based on the error message, it seems you may be signed into the App Store with a different Apple ID than was originally used to purchase the apps.
