Screen Issues

Anyone in the community know how I can fix a cracked screen of about 1mm in length? (felt the uneven surface and screen displays colour through the crack, what you normally find in a chipped screen)

I understand that by using toothpaste it will only decrease the width of the screen resulting it to become more fragile and is usually the solution for scratches...

Poor University student in search for some alternate fix rather than spending a fortune to have it repaired by apple.
