Q: How can I change my security questions? I don't remember my answers?

Changed my Apple ID email and now I need to verify "security" with the two questions and I can't remember them. How can I change/edit my security questions?

iPhone 4S, Windows 8

When I enter the incorrect details, there is no "rescue email" link! tried x2 different browsers to verify

You need to contact Apple in some way. If the link isn't an option for some reason, phone them and ask for the Account Security team.
