Q: I started an itunes account to get Cedar Cove, and I got the season pass right away. I got the pilot and the first episode, then my son started an account. Now it won't let me download the new episode of Cedar Cove.

I started an itunes account to get Cedar Cove the series on Hallmark. I got the season pass right away. I got the pilot and fiirst episode, then my son started an account. Now I can't download the new episode which aired yesterday. I even tried from the email telling me it was now available. Is this because of the second account started on the same computer?

You can only be signed into one account on one computer. Sign out of the current one and sign into yours. Otherwise, download it on your device.

Only one acccount was signed in at the time. It seems as if because of my son's account, I can no longer use mine. We were not both signed in.

This is the exact wording of the message I get when I try to download my new episode:

This computer is already associated with an Apple ID.
You can download past purchases on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. This computer can be used with a different Apple ID in 85 days.
