Q: messages are going to and from my ipod but they are not from me. how is this happening?

i have an ipod touch. i never use it to message anyone and i never have before. i wasn't even aware that i could. but randomly i started hearing these noises coming from it anod i look and two people were having a conversation on my ipod! i don't know what is going on or how to stop it.

Sounds like someone else is using your Apple ID. Reset the password: http://iforgot.apple.com.

To stop the messages, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive, log out from your Apple ID.

Somebody knows the email address you setup Messages with and that address is used by somebody for a groupd message.
All you can do is ignor them or turn off Messages
