Aug 4, 2013 9:47 PM in response to jackaleeby King_Penguin,The 'send reset info' only appears If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account - if it's not showing then that implies that you don't have one on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions. In which case see if this user tip helps : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

Apr 18, 2016 8:54 PM in response to King_Penguinby AggravatedChik,I Am having a similar problem, but I have a rescue email address, however, when i click on it it does nothing. I can keep clicking on it but it keeps doing nothing. If I click the "cancel" however THAT button works. So it will not send info to my rescue email address.

Apr 19, 2016 1:18 AM in response to AggravatedChikby King_Penguin,This is on http://appleid.apple.com, the reset link shows on the Security section e.g. from If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support :
If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account, and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on that account and tried a different browser to access http://appleid.apple.com, then contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
If your country isn't on that link : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
