Hi there oussemaDjemaa!

There is an article that can help walk you through some troubleshooting steps to attempt to resolve this issue. That article can be found right here:

FaceTime for Mac: Troubleshooting FaceTime

http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4185

We have an article that can help you troubleshoot the Messages program on your computer as well, and it can be found here:

Messages (Mountain Lion): Fix iMessage issues

http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12065

Since your post states that you are on Mountain Lion, but you've stated that you downloaded FaceTime and the Messages beta when they were released to the public, make sure you are using the FaceTime and Messages programs that are included with Mountain Lion when attempting to use these features, instead of the beta programs that you may have downloaded in the past. Take care, and thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities.
