HELP!! im getting the following txt msgs all day everyday:

The recipient you are sending to is in your block list. You have chosen to block all texts from (and to) this recipient. Msg 2134

....but I do not have a blocked list and I've tried the service update numerous times without any luck.

Only the carrier can block numbers from reaching your phone. Have you asked your carrier to block certain numbers?

No. I haven't blocked anyone and neither has sprint, the carrier. and they're telling me I have to do a reset on my phone and a long process of a service update- ive tried all these things, nothing is working :(

The iphone does not have block list feature so I do not understand what is happening with your phone

I don't understand either and it's driving me crazy with the alllll the people that cannot send or receive texts and calls to and from my phone. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. UUUUGGHHH! I just want to know whatever I have to do to fix it!!! :((

Troubleshooting

Restarting your device

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then let go.
Backup, reset, restore on icloud or itunes or restore as new.
Place the phone into recovery mode by doing this

If this fails to fix the problem make an appointment and visit and Apple store or an authorised service provider
