Q: pic and sound out of sync

Hi all, Im having a problem with the ATV, my playback via homeshare. The sound is out of sync with the video. The files all work fine on the pad and phones just not on the TV ?

    My stored movies on my HD are all of a sudden having sound sync problems.
    Sometimes no sound or out of sync sound.
    These are movies that I have watched many times before without any problems, so I know it is not a problem with the files.
    I can FF or RW and get them to play normally sometimes, but I suspect a bug in the streaming.
    Since this is a new problem, and I have viewed these files on the same hardware many times without issues with the sound before.
    AppleTV 2 streaming from a Mac mini 10.6.8
