I'm not sure what you are asking. If an app has in-app purchase that says that is removes adverts then you should no longer receive adverts in it if you make that in-app purchase.

Yes, I do, but in case of App Store Review Guideline and Apple policy. Does appStore permit app with in-app purchase like this or promo with redeem code on third-party app?
