Why won't Safari play audio or videos?

I'm having an issue with Safari. For some reason it won't play any audio music or any types of video, whether it was from Tumblr or Youtube and I thought it was Adobe Flash Player, but when I use Google Chrome, I can listen to audio posts and watch Youtube videos freely.

Is anyone having the same issue? And if anyone has a solution, please help 😟
