My iPhone5 screen is completely destroyed and the LCD is messed up as well, is it fixable?

It's completely cracked and destroyed, the touch screen doesn't respond to touch, and the LCD itself is just striped and colored -- I can only see a small portion of the actual iPhone display in the top corner. Can I get if fixed? If so, what are some average prices I should expect?

You can take it to Apple for an out of warranty exchange. In the USA, an iPhone 5 is $229 - swap your damaged one for a factory refurbished one for that fee.
