Q: Unable to hear the sound but when called other can hear. I am told a software problem when called Call Free no. But unable to connect through my PC. It says you have installed Itune thank you with out installation?

When I called others can not hear me, but I can hear others. I wanted to use iTune stores to go for "restore" option
But before even down load starts, it says thank you for downloading.
