Q: help! my @mac.com mail account is sending out blank messages
I have had several messages from people who have emailed me (without me replying) to say that they have received a blank message in reply. These have been sent out automatically without me personally replying to them at all.... can anyone help me solve this?

You may want to check the rules set up in Mail Preferences.
In the last tab of the preferences you have set Mail to reply automatically to certain messages, if the ""Perform Action" is set to "Reply".
