Not sure how/when this happened, but think it may be related to last update. Audio works, and I can still control through the control panel, but the keys no longer work for up/down/mute volume. Box for 'normal function' is unchecked in system preferences. Anybody know a fix?

Thank you. It turns out that a simple restart sorted it out, and they're now functional again. That said, I'm noticing from other threads that the restart fix might be short lived, and resetting PRAM may be needed, so I really appreciate the links. Cheers!
