Just so you know: All sales are considered final. Apple only deals with billing or account errors. For all other issues you need to contact the developer of the software.

To contact product and tech support: Apple - Support - Contact Apple Support.

For Mac App Store: Apple - Support - Mac App Store.

For iTunes: Apple - Support - iTunes.


And, you can open iTunes Store on the computer. Look for Account under Quick Links on the right. Should be an email option you can use.
