Hi, I bought an app thought it was iWork all combined into one app but it turned out to be just template.. Where can i get a refund?

after i installed it, i went back and I found saying "User who purchased without the minimum software requirements can contact Apple for a refund. See support.apple.com/kb/ht1993 for more info."
I went there but I don't know where to get a refund..

And, you can open iTunes Store on the computer. Look for Account under Quick Links on the right. Should be an email option you can use.
