itunes match not working on ipad and apple tv but works occasionally on iPhone

So I signed up for itunes match a while ago when I ran out of space on my iphone 4s, and it worked great. A few days ago I bought and ipad 2 and everything was working for the first day, however now whenever I try to play a song on either the ipad or apple tv, it just skips through them. Very few select songs still work, and I only found this out after it skipped through the first several songs on the album. I also tried to download an album on the ipad and I keep getting an error that it cannot download the songs. Also with this, netflix does not work, yet hulu plus does. Any suggestions?
