Aug 5, 2013 5:19 PM in response to ipodusernothappyby lllaass,If you restored to factory settings/new iPod and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem. If not, try restoring to factory settings/new iPod
Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store..

Aug 5, 2013 5:47 PM in response to stedman1by ipodusernothappy,I don't think I restored it as a new ipod. Every thing else I believe I have done and I can't afford to take it to a technician. I already loaded my content back on my ipod.

Aug 6, 2013 6:11 AM in response to ipodusernothappyby lllaass,Try restoring to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes. That reinstalles the iOS. Just going to Settings>General>Reset>Erase all setting and conent does NOT reinstall the iOS.
The appointment at the Genous Bar is free.
