PS3 uPNP shows not available since I upgraded to Airport Extreme

The PS3 shows NAT2 which should work but the uPNP shows not available. Where do I find the correct port settings for the NAT so I can fix this?

AirPort Extreme does not support UPnP, but you can use NAT-PMP to manually configure the correct port settings.

Check with PS3 Support to get the correct port values to enter and use.
