Q: iTunes match won't complete. Gets to the end of step 2 and has error. Windows closes iTunes

I subscribed to iTunes Match. It gets to the end of step 2 and hangs for a bit. Then I get a message that an unexpected error is encountered and Windows closes the iTunes window. When I restart it tells me I need to sign out and back in to iTunes store. I do, and restart Match and the same thing happens. I have rebooted, and checked to see I have most current iTunes, but no luck.
