Should I buy an iPod Shuffle?

Hello everybody,

Well the thing is that my 20Gb U2 ipod (the really, really old one) well....it stopped working and i was thinking on buying an iPod Shuffle (since I don't want to spend a lot of money on a nano or the iPod video) so What you guys recomend...the 512 mb or the 1Gb version?? What accesories may i buy with the shuffle, any problem you guys have with the shuffle and What is included in the box.

Unless you're into long, long podcasts or unless you're going to be using it as a flash drive (i.e., in Disk Mode) then I'd recommend the 512. 100-odd tracks seems enough to me, especially given how quick and easy updating/reloading the music on the thing actually is.

Try for a refurb 512, which'll only set you back about $50 or so.

Yes you should definantly purchase the ipod shuffle. Take it the easy and cheap way buy the 512 mb for 70.00. Then buy the itunes music card for 15.00. And you have 15.00 left. Or buy the 25.00 itunes music card and there goes 100.00 straight.

The player, the standard Apple earbuds, a lanyard, some earbud covers, the User's Guide, the install CD, the license and warranty info ... that's about it.
