I will install my Sharp MFP that is PCL Printer. But I cannot find generic pcl driver while I try to add printer.
How I can activate or enable it? I use OSX 10.8.4 but another macbook OSX 10.8.4 have generic pcl driver for me to install.

I was trying to point you to "select printer software" - but I see that I have several Generic choices there because I've installed Gutenprint - and Generic PCL Printer should be there as PAHU's post shows it.

Steps 2 & 3 of that link (just above) are as close to step by step as I can get.
If you don't get the Generic stuff showing as in PAHU's post, you probably need to reinstall OS X.
Alternatively, you could install Gutenprint from:
http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net/MacOSX.php
Then you'll have several choices after clicking Select Printer Software.
So what do you see in this menu?
In the Print & Scan prefs, when you add + a printer, look near the bottom for the _Print using:_ which is a pull-down menu. Choose Other to get the choices.
