Do you mean you wish to use the all in one PC's screen as a monitor for the Mac mini? If you are talking about an HP TouchSmart 520 PC, does it even have a video input option at all?
Even if you somehow could feed the Mac mini's video out to the HP screen, it will not support the touch screen features as OS X does not support that.
So again I'll ask it - what exactly do you mean by "will it work"? What are you hoping to do with the Mac mini and a standalone integreated touchscreen HP computer?
MIchael Black is right. What do you mean with "Will a Mac Mini work..." exactly. Just connect them in order to exchange files and share a printer or use the PC's monitor as Michael asks?
