Q: I'm looking for security solutions for when my children are playing with my iPad. I'd like to be able to lock certain apps and only allow access to certain apps. Any suggestions?

You can check Settings > General > Restrictions but that can only restrict a few of the built-in apps.

Aside from the Guided Access feature, there is no way to lock an iPad to just one app. Guided access will work, but that will restrict the kids to using just that one app.
