Playlists on Apple TV

How do I get playlists to show up on my Apple TV for playing?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

They should show automatically once you set home sharing and your library is visible under the orange cumputer icon.

On the AppleTV, Settings > Audio & Video - Show Playlists..

Unfortunately this did not help me. My playlists are turned on. And all of my music is showing up in the orange music box. But no playlists. Any other suggestions?
