Can anyone help I dont remember any of the information!

Can anyone help I dont remember any of the information I entered into my itunes account I made last year! I got a new ipod, the old one got smashed, and now I cant buy any games! Even tho I just added money to my account yesterday, because I need to enter my security questions. Is there a way to reset it to my email? Cant apple check that my password/email address/shipping adress with my appid have never changed. Im getting frustrated that I wasted 15$ on an itunes card an cant use it!!!
