Q: quick links icon?

Found instructions for "gifting" an amount to another account. It says to use the "Quick Links" and select gift. Fine. I see nothing called quicklinks! What am I missing? Are these old instructions?

    From a computer, open iTunes and go to the iTunes store. The Quick Links section is the column on the right side of thre page.

    Send iTunes Gifts is about 3/4 of the way down the list.

    Axeman1020 apparently replied to this but nothing in my emal reply seems to lead me to his response! not even clicking on the above "Latest reply" link opens it! I found the quick links thanks to him but there is no gift option listed. I did get a link by chatting with help somehow (can't find the chat now button again!) anyway I used the gift link they sent me to, provided a valid card and email etc but the sytem said it could not process it1 Now, back at square one, can't find the "gift" link, can't find chat and can't even seem to find the reply from axeman1020 even if I click the link to see it in my email! Fun stuff!

    Thanks I have followed those exact directions I know my supplied CC info is correct yet twice now it has immediately informed me it cannot be processed! I'm at  loss. Not only that but it immediately tells me to contact itunes store support! You'd think that would be something  simple click would allow?? Perhaps even a link in the error msg but no1 i had to dig through the online help that led me back to the very info you just gave me and ended up having to email support because that is the only other option they provide. Not a chat with support icon to be found. So now I wait. They'll probably give me the very same link! sigh... thanks for trying to help!

    So you found the link but the purchase won't go through?

    Try change your payment method then changing it back.

    Would be nice but no other method, finally honed down to only one.Still no response from my report ticket but no surprize there! By the way if you look back at my 2:09 PM reply you'll see I'd already stated the purchase wouldn't go through. I know, I get long winded and it's often easy to overlook things I've said! Again thanks for trying!
