Because it is not cloud storage. It is cloud backup. You need more storage capacity on your iPad, not in the cloud. iCloud backups up your purchases so that you can download them again for free at a later time. You need to make room on your iPad for local storage ... To make room for the movies.

If you are in a country that allows redownload iTunes purchased moves you can just redownload them

why cant i put purchased movies from itunes in the cloud? its stupid, i dont have that much memory on my ipad. also i bough more memory to be able to download the movies i purchased, so i would like to cancel that order.
