Operating System Missing upon Winclone 4.1

Here's what I have.

MacBook Pro 13 Late 2011

Intel Core i5

16GB DDR3 RAM

Crucial 960GB SSD SATA .1 (Winclone 4.1 for Bootcamp Windows 7)

OWC 1 TB 7200 RPM HDD SATA .2 (Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5)

Matshitsu Optical Drive Removed

Factory HD Enclosed in NetStar CX SS USB 3.0

Also have Parallels Desktop 8.

Here's what worked.

I started Parallels 8 and Bootcamp worked booted and ran fine with no issues. I shutdown and restarted for Bootcamp, got an error message "operating system missing". I'm thinking its a destination issue. But I don't know where to look.

Any ideas?
