My account seems to have been hacked

Hi Tonight i recived an email saying my password was changed

i thought it a bit starnge as i havent used my Ipod in ages so havent been here for ages

and my username and info was all changed to chinese charictors ????

i have reset everything but how to stop this being changed again ?

or how can i delete the apple ID account
