My phone won't turn on. I have been to the apple store in Folsom and they told me I need an appointment at your store.

You can make a reservation for the Genius Bar, which is Apple's tech support at the Apple Store, from the store's web page.
Enter your zip code where is says Find a store. Find the Apple Store you want to use. Click View store details. Click Genius Bar under Make a reservation.
What I don't understand is, if you were at an Apple Store (in Folsom), why they didn't make a reservation for you right there, at that Apple Store, for the next available time that was convenient for you.
