Itunes not Installed Properly, Repaired and no luck.

Hi. I haven't been able to create a CD for about 2 years now. I searched through these forums and found other ways of Repairing the Itunes program and have had no luck. I've repaired through downloading Itunes again, when Menu pops up, I choose to Repair ( too afraid to uninstall, and lose data). That finishes and I re-open Itunes, and still receive the same message ( Itunes not installed properly, you cannot burn/import a CD). I saw on a post on this forum about repairing it through my Windows Control Program ( Add / Remove) - did that, thought it worked out but did not. Do I need to restart my computer for changes to occur ? I also ran the itunes Diagnostics and these are my results.

Also, I see that it states I'm not the Adminstrator..... I am ?

Hello Craz4Sk8erGuy

If you uninstall iTunes, you will not lose any data if you uninstall iTunes, the iTunes database file will not be removed. Check out the article below on how to completely uninstall iTunes and its associating services. Also, I found an article for burning issues with Sony burners as well.

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
