Nope, not until you reveal what Mac you are using and what version of OS X.

Although you may have tried other suggestions from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2090, you do not mention that you have checked more than one user account. You could check your user account before responding to Klaus for more specific help suggestions.
(Over time, Apple has changed the built-in camera's name on newer Macs from "iSight" to "FaceTime" and then to "FaceTime HD." Regardless of the name of your Mac's built-in camera, the same info and troubleshooting applies.)
Do not use the "Guest" account for user account testing. If you don't already have multiple accounts, create a new account for this testing. If you need help creating a new user account, see http://support.apple.com/kb/VI32
the version is 10.7.5
i created a new account and all camera applications still say "no connected camera"
What type of camera? Do you have a different cable you test with? Have you tried a different port?
Does this camera take an SD card? If your iMac is 2009 +, try to insert the SD card directly into the CPUs built in slot.
If you're using an iMac, you can check System Profiler / System Information (Apple -> About this Mac -> More Info) and see if it sees that you have a camera installed. If not, it may be a hardware issue that needs servicing.

Then backup your important files and contact Apple or your Authorized Apple Service Provider for help.
