Hello guys , I just bought a iPod Touch 5G and after the first charge, I used it and realize the battery fluctuates. When I play a game just for 15 seconds , it'd decrease 5% and later on increase again. I found it annoying and went to apple to do a change. Now this set is still the same problem! Can anybody help? Is it a hardware failure or is it that I have to charge a few times? Help is appreciated (: thank you!

The % battery is not accurate on an iPod. Apple does not even provide a 5 battery indicator. The fluctuations are normal and expected and are due to the small capacity of the iPod's batter compared to iPhone and iPad batter and of the algorism used to calculate % battery.
Just ignore them or not use the % battery..
So it's safe to say that it's normal and perfectly fine? And it's safe to say that nothing is wrong with my iPod Touch hardware and stuff? So I shouldn't do a change again right?
If you get expected life/run time from a full charge i would not be concerned at all.

I still have approximately half of the battery , so is it normal and is my battery and stuffs ok?

I say no but you can always make the appointment if you are concerned and hear what the Genius has to say.
